Sharath Kamal T.T. star stays active during Lockdown
Sharath Kamal is one of the fittest Table Tennis Paddlers in world T.T.
At the age of 37 he is competing with the players much younger to him. This week we share his tips on how to stay FIT at home.
SHARATH'S TIPS: Rope skipping - normal, running, single leg hop, fast running and doubles skipping. Target - 100 each. If you don't have a rope you can act as you have one! :)


WOTT's TIPS: Lets start with the basics:-
1) Ball tapping with racket - Forehand, Backhand & Alternate. Target - 100 each
